Pole 101
Ready for your first flight? This class will show you what pole fitness has to offer. We cover the spin and the other basic movements of pole dancing, reinforce important muscle groups and develop flexibility. The objective of this course is to lay a strong foundation in pole dancing technique and develop your body so that you can move on to other pole classes safely.
Pole 202
The upper body is strong and developed and you have earned your wings. Now is the time to challenge yourself. Put your legs to work and climb higher! Each class builds on the moves learned in the previous session.
*Shorts required.
Pole toning
Take a pole toning class to burn calories and tone your pole dancing body. Work with weights, balls and bands (and the pole, of course) with a view to developing your pole dancing potential.
*Running shoes or cross trainers required.
